A complete remodel from the top to the bottom, this Solana Beach home exudes a coastal sophistication. By incorporating a smooth trowel stucco finish with dark window and door frames as well as wood trellis accents the exterior of this home is infused with character. On the interior of the home the focal point of the entry becomes the newly design staircase with a small Juliet balcony. Further into the home the cool coastal style is again repeated in the types of materials used for the living spaces.
