Principal | Vice President

Having more than a decade of experience, and licensed since 2007, Josh has had the opportunity to manage several key educational, commercial , and residential projects. With this experience, he has become well versed in local and state requirements for new construction, renovations and remodels.

Bridget Flecky
Architectural Designer

Architecture was the obvious career choice for Bridget, who began taking computer drafting classes as early as her freshman year of high school. Our built environment has not only a physical, but an emotional impact on our lives and she appreciates architecture for its juxtaposition of strength and comfort. She was one of only 3 students in her graduating class to graduate from both the Architecture Program and the Kellogg Honors College at Cal Poly Pomona, one of the top architecture programs in the US. She won multiple design awards throughout her higher education, but credits her year spent studying abroad in Italy as her greatest learning experience. She traveled to over a dozen countries immersing herself in the design of great architectural monuments, both ancient and modern.
She believes there is an undeniable beauty in the compromise between structure and aesthetics, a striking vision waiting to be seen in the balance between form and function. She appreciates being able to find this balance on a broad range of projects at AlphaStudio Design Group, from small scale residential remodels to large scale educational projects.

When she is not studying to complete her licensure, she is playing 3rd team, satisfying her love of travel through weekend trips swimming or snowboarding, or eating a delicious meal prepared by her favorite professional chef, her twin sister.

Tessie Bersamin, Associate AIA

As the newest addition to AlphaStudio Design Group, Tessie joined the team as an Intern Architect in March 2014.

In addition to her work at AlphaStudio, Tessie volunteers with the San Diego Architectural Foundation and Habitat for Humanity, and she is in the process of studying for her architectural licensing exams.

When she is not studying, Tessie can be found in Balboa Park with her two dogs, at home curled up with a good book, or planning where her next trip will take her.
